A 400MW concentrated solar power (CSP) plant with molten salt thermal storage providing 7 hours of full-load operation after sunset.
Phase II of the Noor Ouarzazate Solar Complex adds 400MW of CSP capacity using parabolic trough technology with molten salt thermal energy storage. The plant delivers dispatchable renewable energy, addressing intermittency challenges. Our scope included owner's engineering, performance optimization, and grid integration studies for the Moroccan national grid (ONEE).
